측정항목 1개당 입력 건수에 별도 제한은 없습니다(수만 건 이상도 가능). 일반적으로 100건 이상을 권장하며, 측정 순서(생산 순서)를 바꾸지 않고 넣어야 I-MR과 Within σ가 정확합니다.There is no fixed limit on readings per characteristic (tens of thousands or more are fine). 100 or more is generally recommended, entered in production order so that I-MR and within-σ stay meaningful.

개별값을 순서대로 측정했다면 I-MR, 명확한 부분군이 있다면 Rbar/d2 또는 Pooled σ(Minitab 방식), 전체 장기 변동을 보려면 Overall σ를 선택합니다.I-MR for individual readings in order, Rbar/d2 or pooled σ (Minitab style) for clear subgroups, overall σ to see long-term spread.
PC를 바꾸면 어떻게 하나요?What if I change my PC?
무료체험은 PC마다 1회 제공됩니다. 유료 라이선스는 허용된 PC 수 안에서 사용할 수 있고, 기존 PC 등록 해제가 필요하면 문의해 주세요.The trial is once per PC. A paid license works on the permitted number of PCs; contact us to release an old PC.
인터넷이 꼭 필요한가요?Is internet required?
실행할 때 라이선스 서버 확인을 합니다. 연결이 안 될 때는 최근 확인 후 최대 3일까지 오프라인으로 실행됩니다.The license is checked at launch. If offline, the app runs for up to 3 days after the last successful check.
측정 데이터가 서버로 전송되나요?Is my measurement data uploaded?
아니요. 서버에는 PC 식별값(해시)과 접속 IP만 남고, 유료 이용 시에는 시리얼이 더해집니다. 자세한 내용은 약관의 '수집 정보와 보관'을 참고하세요.No. The server only sees a hashed PC identifier and IP (plus the serial for paid use). See "Information collected and retention" in the Terms.
무료체험은 어떻게 시작하나요? 다시 설치하면 7일이 새로 시작되나요?How does the trial start? Does reinstalling reset it?
EXE를 처음 실행하면 약관 동의 후 체험이 자동으로 시작됩니다. 체험 기록은 서버가 PC별로 보관하므로 재설치나 파일 삭제로 기간이 늘어나지 않습니다.Launch the EXE, accept the terms, and the trial starts automatically. The server keeps a record per PC, so reinstalling or deleting files does not extend it.
체험이 끝나면 만든 데이터는 어떻게 되나요?What happens to my data after the trial?
데이터와 보고서는 내 PC에만 저장되어 그대로 남지만, 프로그램은 시리얼을 입력하기 전까지 실행되지 않습니다. 필요한 보고서는 체험 중에 PDF/Excel로 저장해 두세요.Your data and reports stay on your PC, but the program will not run until a serial is entered. Save any reports you need as PDF/Excel during the trial.
