1. 목적

2. 이용 허락

구매자는 시리얼에 정해진 기간과 PC 수 안에서 프로그램을 비독점적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 소유권과 저작권은 판매자에게 있습니다.

3. 금지 사항

  • 프로그램의 복제·재배포·재판매·대여
  • 역설계, 디컴파일, 라이선스 인증 우회 또는 시리얼 위조
  • 시리얼을 허용된 PC 수를 넘어 공유하는 행위

4. 인증과 PC 등록

프로그램은 실행할 때 라이선스 서버에서 시리얼을 확인하고, 처음 사용하는 PC를 자동 등록합니다. 서버에 연결할 수 없으면 서버가 서명한 허가증으로 최대 3일간 오프라인 실행이 가능합니다. 시리얼이 정지·만료·재발급되면 프로그램 사용이 제한됩니다.

5. 수집 정보

  • 시리얼 값과 PC 식별값(Windows 장비 고유값을 해시한 값, 원본은 전송하지 않음)
  • 서버 접속 시각과 접속 IP(서버 로그)
  • 구매 시 제공한 고객명과 연락처

측정 데이터와 계산 결과는 PC 안에서만 처리되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 수집 정보는 라이선스 인증, 고객 지원, 부정 사용 방지에만 쓰며, 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 이용 종료 후 [보관 기간] 내에 삭제합니다. 열람·삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내세요.

6. 요금과 환불

약관을 위반하면 판매자는 사전 통지 후 시리얼을 정지하거나 폐기할 수 있습니다.

10. 준거법

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of MSA Quality Tool (the "Software") provided by [Seller name] ("Seller").

2. License

You receive a non-exclusive right to use the Software for the term and number of PCs stated for your serial. Ownership and copyright remain with the Seller.

3. Restrictions

  • Copying, redistributing, reselling or renting the Software
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, bypassing license checks or forging serials
  • Sharing a serial beyond the permitted number of PCs

4. Activation

At launch the Software verifies the serial with the license server and registers a new PC automatically. If the server is unreachable, a server-signed lease permits offline use for up to 3 days. Use is restricted if a serial is suspended, expired or reissued.

5. Information collected

  • Serial and a PC identifier (a hash of the Windows machine ID; the raw value is not sent)
  • Connection time and IP address (server logs)
  • Name and contact details you provide at purchase

Measurement data and results are processed on your PC only and are never uploaded. Data is used only for license verification, support and abuse prevention, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law. It is deleted within [retention period] after use ends.
